Aplify — Disclaimer Policy

1. Introduction

This Disclaimer Policy (“Policy”) is issued by M/s Dawnlight Business Services Pvt. Ltd., the owner and operator of the Aplify platform (mobile application and website). By using Aplify, you agree to this Disclaimer Policy along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

2. Platform Role — Digital Facilitator Only

Aplify is a digital platform that enables users to connect, communicate, and conduct customer-to-customer (C2C) or business-to-customer (B2C) transactions such as buying, selling, renting, or sharing.

Aplify acts only as a facilitator between users and does not participate in, guarantee, or control any transaction, communication, or exchange between them. Aplify is not a party to any sale, lease, exchange, or agreement between users.

3. User-Generated Content

All listings, images, descriptions, and related data displayed on Aplify are posted voluntarily by users. Aplify does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of such user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their listings.

4. Verification and Authenticity

Aplify provides optional KYC verification for both Armed Forces and Others community users to enhance trust. Verification is intended as an authenticity indicator and not a background or character certification.

Aplify does not collect or require any sensitive or service-related information from Armed Forces users and advises all users to verify documents and meet in person before making payments.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Aplify may display links or references to third-party websites, apps, or services for user convenience. Aplify has no control over and does not assume responsibility for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of such third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Payments and Future Monetization

Aplify currently offers all services free of cost. If payment gateways or premium features are introduced in the future, transactions will be handled by authorized and secure payment processors. Aplify will not be responsible for unauthorized payments, disputes, or refunds outside its official payment flow.

7. No Warranties

All content and services on Aplify are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Aplify makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, content accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aplify, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

User reliance on listings or content;
Loss of data or profits;
Misuse of information by third parties;
Disputes between users.

In any case, Aplify’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user (if any) for accessing premium services.
