We’re delighted to welcome you to Aplify — a platform built on trust, respect, and genuine connections. Our mission is to make digital interactions as authentic and courteous as real-life exchanges.

About Aplify

Aplify is an all-in-one Indian e-classified platform enabling users to buy, sell, rent, hire, bid, or share via features such as Buy & Sell, Rentals, Jobs, Real Estate, Carpool, e-Auctions, and Self-Drive Vehicles.

Aplify hosts two communities: Armed Forces (serving personnel, veterans, and families) and Others (general public). Both communities have equal access; filters are provided for discovery convenience.

Our Commitment

We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and transparent platform that encourages genuine user-to-user engagement. To keep Aplify safe for everyone, please follow these Community Guidelines along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Respect & Behaviour

  • Treat every user with respect, honesty, and courtesy.
  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language are not tolerated.
  • Keep conversations relevant to transactions; avoid sharing offensive or personal content.
  • Remember: Give Respect and Take Respect.

Authentic Community Use

  • Use community filters responsibly. Both communities can interact freely; filters exist only for discovery convenience.
  • Do not impersonate Armed Forces personnel or misuse community badges.
  • Misrepresentation or false verification may lead to account suspension.

Honor & Sensitivity Toward the Armed Forces

Respect the dignity of India’s Armed Forces at all times. Never post or share content that disrespects, exploits, or misuses Armed Forces imagery, names, or symbols.

Important:
  • Aplify strictly forbids uploading or distributing any service-related, sensitive, or confidential information.
  • For verification, Armed Forces users may provide a simple proof of association (certificate, ECHS Card, Dependent ID Card, or Pension Book).
  • Always mask sensitive details before uploading documents.

Posting & Transactions

  • Post only accurate, lawful, and authentic listings.
  • Include real images and clear descriptions.
  • Inspect items physically before making payments.
  • Never post or trade in illegal, counterfeit, or restricted goods (weapons, narcotics, adult material).
  • Job listings must be genuine and non-exploitative.
  • Gambling, betting, or similar promotions are prohibited.

KYC Verification

Completing KYC verification helps make Aplify safer and more trustworthy. Verification is optional and open to both communities.

Aplify does not request or retain any service-related or confidential Armed Forces information (service numbers, postings, rank, etc.). Mask sensitive details before uploading. KYC documents are stored securely and never shared or sold.

Platform Features & Safe Use

  • Location: Used only to show nearby listings.
  • Chat: Use politely; do not share bank or personal details unnecessarily.
  • e-Auctions: Only numeric bids are allowed during live auctions.
  • Carpool: Drivers must hold valid license, registration, insurance, and pollution certificates. Passengers should respect schedules and agreed fares.
  • Self-Drive Rentals: Users must comply with applicable traffic and insurance laws.

Reporting & Grievance

If you encounter suspicious activity or content violating these Guidelines or Aplify Terms:

  • Report it via the “Report” option on the app; or
  • Email details (screenshots / Ad ID / contact) to info@aplify.in.

Our moderation team reviews every report. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Consequences of Violations

Aplify may take actions including:

  • Issue a warning or temporary restriction;
  • Remove specific content;
  • Suspend or permanently disable the user account;
  • Report severe violations or illegal activity to competent authorities.

Communication Channels

Aplify may communicate via email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or phone calls for verification, updates, or promotions. Users may opt out of marketing messages anytime via in-app controls, replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or emailing info@aplify.in. Essential service messages will continue.

Data Protection & User Trust

All personal and KYC information is handled per the Aplify Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary data, store it securely on AWS India, and never sell user data. For data concerns, contact the Grievance Officer at info@aplify.in.
